Write the board. At Dutch Hospital Colombo on 24 Aug that means park and tuk, not drive the lanes. I will not invent a fee, a festival, a whale, or a leopard. Skip is polite.
Kids: park and tuk. Pride turns this into a speech at the kerb and then owns a tantrum.
Ask two locals. The first number around drive the lanes is a test, not a fee I will invent.
