Hired van from leftover Kandy to the south — what are we actually paying at the pump Sunday, not a round number from the driver
Sunday 30 Aug. Driver wants a fuel top-up in cash before we leave Kandy leftover streets. He quoted a round number that feels like a tour. I am asking for the pump prices, not a debate about his margin. Ordinary petrol van, maybe diesel. We can look at the board.

Look at the pump board. As of what I paid this week: Lanka Petrol 92 at 399, Lanka Petrol 95 at 475, Auto Diesel at 382. A round number from the driver is not those boards. I will not invent a service fee. Watch the pump, pay what the meter says, keep the slip if you want peace.
Write PickMe if the van is becoming a speech. Fuel is a board, not a personality.
Hatton halt tea if you are going hill, not south. Different road, same pump boards.
