Bring your full medication supply plus 20-30% buffer. Sri Lanka has HIV medication available (through National STD/AIDS Control Programme, government hospitals — free for locals, may be paid for foreigners). Private hospital pharmacies stock some antiretrovirals — expensive, limited variety.

Documentation: doctor's letter (English), HIV status disclosure NOT required at customs (no HIV entry restriction in Sri Lanka). Discreet: keep meds in labeled containers, prescription available if questioned. Emergency prescription refill: hospital consultation, expect 24-48 hours to obtain.
