ETA standing. Apply as usual. Do not invent a fee change. CMB delay last known VERY LOW. No named delay to sit on. In Colombo, stretch notes, screenshot maps, use a real counter not a tray pack. The ATM swallowed the card after dark, hop on notes or wait for the bank door.
