Agree the number, carry water, keep the room if the bed is dry. Ordinary small-town hop. Do not invent a shutdown. Meerigama does not owe you a perfect plan tonight. Water in the bag beats a maybe stall.

We asked the tea stall, not the tout. Meerigama stalls usually know which van is real. An elder changes the trade.

If the quote is double a sensible hop, wait for another one. If it is a small bump, pay and stop feeding the argument. Leave a margin.
