Horton 5am plan — cousin sent a time-slot URL and an EV shuttle fare as if it is live today
We set alarms for a 5am hop from Nuwara Eliya toward Horton. Cousin in Colombo forwarded a graphic: visitor cap, time-slots, EV shuttle, with a URL and a fare. Looks official-ish. 1 Sep Tuesday. If we need a booking I do not have, I would rather sleep. If it is still a proposal I would rather go.

It is still a proposal. Visitor limits, time-slots and an EV shuttle have been talked about. They are not a live cap, not a live URL, not a live fare on 1 Sep. Go to the gate as usual. Pay the ordinary ticket at the board. Do not prepay a cousin link. If the gate has a new paper today they will tell you there. I will not invent a number.
We went last week. Ordinary gate, ordinary ticket, no shuttle queue. Graphic was a wish list.
Dawn is still dawn. Take jumper and water. World's End cloud is the actual risk, not a booking app.
If anyone at the hotel desk sells you a 'Horton slot', that is a desk, not the park.
