Horton Plains proposed visitor cap this morning — is it live or do we just buy the ordinary ticket at the gate

WhatsApp rumour of a daily cap. 20 Aug, jumper in the bag, Ohiya halt plan. Not trying to invent a shutdown. Trying to decide before the first van leaves.

The Horton visitor limit is proposed, not a live cap I will treat as 20 Aug fact. Buy the ordinary ticket at the gate. Ask the board, not a WhatsApp rumour. World's End is a fence and wind, not a private show. Closed shoes. Be back before the cloud sits if you care about the drop. I will not invent a daily number.

Ohiya to World's End is a walk if you missed the first bus and have legs. Hire if there is an elder. Write the fare. Proposed is proposed. Ordinary ticket.

Do not stack Horton and third Kumbal on the same legs. Nanu Oya platform: the Kandy clock is real if 6:53 is tonight.

Cloud sits. Wait an hour if you care about the drop, or skip. Wind is a hat, not a closure.

We bought the ordinary ticket, walked, came back. Nobody asked us for a cap number. Fine.
