We can leave at 5. Cloud sat on the Gap yesterday. Elder in the group. Not trying to invent a view. Trying not to pay two desks for the same walk.

Tickets from the official counter, usually the park gate flow. Ask today's desk, not a blog. World's End is often a white wall in the morning cloud. The walk is still a walk. Elder: start early, stick to the path, no edge heroics. I will not promise a view on 23 Aug.

We bought at the gate flow, walked, cloud sat. Fine. Baker's Falls was the actual sight.

Kids and elder: the circuit is long enough. Skip the lip if wind is up.

Hire a van that waits. Do not invent a park-night stay.

If cloud is a lid at 8, it may still be a lid at 10. Decide if you like walking.

Nuwara Eliya town rumours are not a timetable.
