Horton Plains visitor-limit talk is still proposed - walk up at opening as usual or will a printed notice actually be there

Guesthouse said visitor limits and time slots are coming. August 19. Do we walk up at opening like always, or will a printed notice at the gate change the morning.

Walk up as usual unless a printed notice is actually on the gate. Visitor limits, time-slot booking, and an EV shuttle are proposed talk, not a live cap you pay a middleman for. If the gate is selling ordinary tickets, that is the desk. Do not buy a slot on a phone from someone in a car park.
