Hotel data only holds 360p on the live First Randoli feed. Still worth watching for the tusker at that quality, or bump quality and risk a stall. Not hotel Wi-Fi versus mobile data as a network choice, and not confirming the stream was still upcoming.

Stay at a stable 360p if the tusker and cortege shapes are still readable. A stall mid-segment is worse than a soft picture. Bump only when the bars look solid for a minute.

Try Sinhala briefly — sometimes that feed holds a notch better on the same hotel data.

If it keeps stalling even at 360p, kill video and keep audio until you are back on hotel Wi-Fi.
