Desk promised a taxi after the Perahera. Official end was around 9:32. Is calling now late enough, or do we wait until police actually wave cars through the old loop.

Call the desk now and let them time the driver. Half nine end is the green light to start, not a guarantee every junction is open.

Drivers know the reopen waves better than guests. Meet them where they pin, not inside leftover tape.

If the first car cancels, wait one wave - do not walk bags into the densest remaining choke.
