Hotel TV YouTube app wants a Google sign-in we do not have. Phone hotspot plus cast, or just watch the live First Randoli on the phone. Not hotel Wi-Fi versus mobile data as the main network question.

Skip the TV app sign-in. Cast from your phone browser or YouTube app over the hotel Wi-Fi, or simply watch on the phone propped up. Hotspot casting works if hotel Wi-Fi blocks casting.

If casting is flaky, one phone on a water glass stand is calmer than fighting the TV login.
