Want to upload this mornings photos to cloud before evening data gets patchy. Is hotel Wi-Fi usually fast enough mid-day for a batch upload. Not cafe Wi-Fi near the lake for parade photos, and not lobby emails hour.

Mid-day hotel Wi-Fi is usually steadier than evening festival congestion. Upload the batch now, then switch phones to low-data mode.
