How long second Kumbal actually runs after 6:41 - last night first Kumbal felt like two hours of flags then the tusker
We left at 21:00 last night still hearing drums. Second Kumbal listed 6:41. Is it shorter, the same flags with an earlier stamp, or do we plan a 21:30 room backup again.

Listed start is not duration. Plan a 21:30 room backup again. Second night can feel similar. Flags run long. If kids melt, you leave. Nobody hands you a certificate for the last drum.
I do not invent a clock. Stay for the bit you came for, walk when the group is done.
Ear cups make the long wait possible. Without them we would have left at flags.
Leave time beats rumours about shorter nights. Forty-minute kids do not become two-hour kids because the listing changed.
If you also queued Maligawa today, you will feel the length more. Rest afternoon.
