From CMB airport to Kalpitiya: (1) PickMe/Uber USD 40-90 depending on distance. (2) Private chauffeur transfer USD 60-100 (fixed rate). (3) Bus to Colombo Fort then southern bus LKR 500-1000 (slowest). (4) Train to south then tuk-tuk (scenic option).

Time varies: 2-3 hours to south coast beaches like Kalpitiya, 5-7 hours to east coast. Best: pre-book chauffeur from airport site or WhatsApp. Have offline map ready. Some hotels arrange transfers included at premium properties.
