Humidity at 6pm is 80 percent on the new stamp - layer for dusk even if rain is only 0.1
Just now the six o'clock column is 80 percent humidity, 25 degrees, 0.1 mm. We peeled down to cotton because eight is 73. Partner thinks 0.1 mm means skip a layer. I think 80 percent at dusk is sweat and drizzle together. Bag a layer for 17:30, or cotton only.

On the 7:26 stamp, 6pm Kandy is 25 C / 80 percent humidity / 0.1 mm light rain / gusts about 25 / 42 percent chance. 8am is 73 percent / 26 C / 0 mm. Different hours. Cotton now, layer in the bag for 17:30.
You will stand two hours. 80 percent feels colder when the drizzle hits. Light layer, not the dawn fleece.
Sunset 6:19. 6:28 PM is dusk, not noon-29. Pack for the 6pm column, not the 8am one.
