Short night after First Randoli. Intercity bus to Colombo Monday morning, or pay for a private van and sleep in the back. Not bags already packed for early CMB while we were still on the curb, and not an extra hotel night after missing last transport at the finish.

Private van wins if anyone is half-asleep with kids. Bus is fine for light packs and early risers. Agree the van price before you load bags.

If you connect to CMB later, build buffer either way — do not cut it fine.
