Kids shells are clammy from the last burst. Invert them on the bathroom rail now so they are less wet at 6:53, or just pack them damp.

Invert them on the rail and run the bathroom fan; a clammy shell at dusk is how they refuse to wear it.

We hung ours inside-out after lunch and they were only cool, not wet, when we dressed.

Wipe the inside with a dry towel first. Hanging a dripping shell just wets the rail and the floor.
