We love ocean wildlife but do not want to support companies that harass the whales. Are there ethical boats.

This is a huge issue. Unfortunately many cheap operators completely crowd the whales and chase them aggressively. To ensure an ethical experience you must absolutely book with a reputable company like Raja and the Whales.

Ethical operators strictly follow international whale watching guidelines. They cut their engines at a safe distance never box the animals in and allow the whales to approach the boat naturally on their own terms.

If you see a boat offering tickets for incredibly cheap prices on the beach they are almost certainly cutting corners on safety and animal welfare. Paying a premium for a registered ethical tour is the only responsible way to see these magnificent creatures.
