Is the footbridge to Colombo Port City open at night?

The pedestrian access to the Port City public gallery and bridge is generally open until 10:00 PM. It is very well lit and monitored by security, making it perfectly safe for a night walk. The view of the Colombo financial district lights reflecting on the marina is one of the best in the city. Just be aware that some of the beach park sections might have earlier closing times.
