Ordinary etiquette: shoes, cover, short. Kandy festival ended Friday after Day 2:18 and Relics 4:01. No weekend Kandy procession. Do not leave children unattended in a van, even for two minutes. In Anuradhapura this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not walk a dark bridge with bags. Then stop adding pins.
