Prepaid pin if the clock is real. Official kerb at CMB, not the first cousin with a nameboard at Ja-Ela. Agree nothing in the carpark. I will not invent an arrivals surcharge. If PickMe is spinning, wait or walk to the prepaid counter. Bags in first is how a spoken fare grows.
If you sit a table, order. Occupying shade with a bottle you brought is the rude version.
We named a fare before we sat. Fine. The first number at Ja-Ela was a test.
