We thought the library or museum would be the Jaffna AC plan Monday. Worth it, or just the hotel.

Worth it if it is actually AC and open. Hotel is the backup. Caution is not a museum close. Do not walk a long outdoor loop between the two.

We would hotel if the kids are already done. A museum is still a hop.
