21 Aug, elder plus one, one stick, ordinary bags. Leftover swell from the last few days. Kid already eyeing the shallows. I want a local, not a cocktail.

Stay where you can stand. Boat if the river looks ordinary; I will not invent a 21 Aug closure. Leftover chop is ordinary August sea, not a brochure. No inflatables past the first break. I will not invent an official warning colour.

Ask two locals near Madu river jetty. The first number about jetty plank is a test, not a fee I will invent.

We took the quieter fork toward Balapitiya. Fine. No one clapped.

Elder move: plate, shade, then decide. Madu river jetty will still be there. Shade before pride.

Kids: leave when they melt. Pride turns jetty plank into a timetable.

Screenshot a meeting pin at Balapitiya because inland data dies. The blob tower is not a plan.
