23 Aug pin. Ordinary bags. Wind can cancel. The pin in my head is Delft planned from a Jaffna jetty, not a Fort package. Not trying to be cheap for sport. Trying not to pick Fort package out of pride. Screenshot maps if inland. Bars lie.

If listed 6:44 is the only Kandy reason and north is why you bought the ticket, skip Kandy. Kids and elders do not stand a procession after a landing. Honesty: if you skip Jaffna for drums, you are on a hill trip. Say so. Leave 23 Aug as a door that locks and call it a success. On this fork: jetty is the grown-up desk. Fort package is pride or a rumour. I will not invent a fee or a 23 Aug official colour. Delft planned from a Jaffna jetty, not a Fort package.
