Jungle Beach path slick after the hill turned to a chute — walk with day bags or pay a short tuk without a tour number

Path looks like a mud slide. Driver wants a number that feels like a day tour. We have day bags, not suitcases. 23 Aug, still dripping off the trees.

Pay a short hop if you have a kid and the path is slick. Walk if you have grip and the rain has stopped. Do not pay a tour number for a ten-minute hill. Agree the fare before you sit. Jungle Beach is a cove, not a secret.

We did the quieter thing. Fine. Nobody clapped.

Ask two locals. The first number is a test, not a fee I will invent.

We paid one sit, cooled, left. Fine. Ate where the board was the board.
