27 Aug, Kalpitiya, with a melting kid. Looks calmer inland. Need a local, not a brochure. If the festival continues to 28th Diya/Dahawal, do not pack us like it ends on the kerb tonight.

Canal sit. Beach can be a look. Leftover SW is a day, not a drama. Arrive early, sit low, zip the water.
