Stay where you can stand. No inflatables past the first break. I will not invent an official warning colour as 27 Aug fact. The bar does not write the flags. Arrive early, sit low, zip the water.

We skipped the boat. Harbour was a pitch, not a promise. Kalutara was the pin.
