We are in Kandy. Damp laundry leftover Sunday, Monday hop in the morning. Festival ended Friday.

Pack it wet in its own bag if the hop is first light. Hang until Monday noon only if you are sitting the day. Ordinary leftover, not a festival special.

We would pack it. Missing a bus for socks is a bad trade.
