West leftover rain is not east Caution and not the wave Amber. Sit the weather you are in. Do not hop just to collect a second bulletin. Festival ended Friday. No Saturday or Sunday Kandy procession. In Kandy this is an ordinary leftover decision. Leave a small margin and do not add a second hop tonight. We would not buy a door-sale jeep. Then shade.
