Factories are not closed by a Nuwara Eliya gazette plan. A shop cup is enough if leftover bodies will not stand a tour. Festival ended Friday. No Saturday or Sunday Kandy procession. In Kandy this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not fly a drone at a ruin. Then a plate that is still turning over.
