Van back to BIA. Desk wants extra because 'petrol changed'. Board next door is 399 for 92, 475 for 95, 382 diesel. I can photograph the board. Ordinary contract, already paid a tank note.

Pumps are still 399 / 475 / 382. Petrol dropped midnight 30, diesel stayed 382. A Monday 'surcharge' on top of a signed tank note is a desk invention. Pay the contract, photograph the board, push back. Do not invent a new island tariff.

IOC matched. Pride arguing chemistry at the kerb wastes the check-in clock.

Fill it yourself at 399 if the contract allows. Then the desk has nothing to add.
