Tuesday 25 Aug is 3rd Randoli, table 6:53 PM — when they start leaving the Maligawa, not when the tusker fills your pin. Street is free. Raja Veediya is not a car park. Do not invent a municipal ticket. In Digana, the stand in Digana, water before you sit, agree a number if there is no meter. Elder already said no to standing; would you Galle station as the plan or trust a voice note. Do not invent a fee, a closure, or a gazette from a worry. Water in the bag beats a maybe stall.
