ETA standing. Apply as usual. Do not invent a fee change. CMB delay last known VERY LOW. No named delay to sit on. In Kandy, stretch notes, screenshot maps, use a real counter not a tray pack. ATM queue is a school-holiday line, wait or hop with what we have.
