We have one religious hour in the plan. Kelaniya is the pin. Traffic looks like a story. Shoulders cover in the bag. 31 Aug.

If the clock is loose, bus and accept slow. If the clock is a flight, skip. Kelaniya is open. It is not a perahera. Cover shoulders, shoes off, do not treat it as a checkpoint on a Colombo hop.

We bussed, sat, came back later than pride wanted. Fine. It was a temple, not a race.

Do not buy a package that bundles Kelaniya plus a gem shop. That is a loop, not a visit.
