Kettle at the Koggala room versus a bakery loaf for the hop — which breakfast is the sit — leaving for BIA, buffer before pride

Need a sit at Koggala. Tourist terrace looks dry and priced like Colombo. Bakery two lanes in has a queue of locals and plastic chairs. Not trying to be cheap for sport. Trying not to be the rude table. Monday 31 Aug, leftover humidity. Leaving for BIA, buffer before pride. Cannot tell if this is ordinary or a tired mistake. Locals, please contradict the group chat.

Walk two lanes. The terrace is a pretty courtyard with tourist prices. Nobody is scamming you; they are just pricing for the terrace. A bakery bun and tea is the ordinary sit. If you want the courtyard photo, have one drink and leave. Do not camp a four-top for email. If the kid is melting now, pay the soda, ten minutes, move. Shade is the need, not the brand.

We took the quieter fork at Koggala. Fine. No one clapped.

If you sit a table, order. Occupying courtyard shade with a bottle you brought is the rude version.

Kids: sit. Pride hurries a sunrise photo and hops home on one foot.
