Kids are already in the room. One adult is still out and wants a last remaining stretch. Walk back now, or stay for that stretch.

Walk back. Kids in the room with one tired adult is enough. A last remaining stretch is not worth a split past this hour.

We called them in. Kids asked for the missing adult, not for more drums.

If they are already on the outer pavement, they can walk. If they are still on a far curb, they start now.
