Kids keep asking “is it almost over” with no programme sheet. Answer from the density of dancers still ahead, or just say we do not know. Not counting elephants as a leftover proxy, and not drum cues for the next troupe as the whole answer.

Honest “we do not know the exact end” plus a simple cue helps — if dancer blocks still look dense ahead, say there is clearly more coming. Avoid fake countdowns you cannot keep.
