With tired littles, is dinner at the hotel before we leave smarter than a quick standing bite once First Randoli has started. Not an early table booking for 6:44 and not leftover street-food carts after start.

Feed kids at the hotel before you leave if they are already tired. A standing bite after the cortege starts is hard with littles and you will miss the opening stretch hunting food.

Hotel dinner also means one last toilet before the barrier lock — that alone is worth it with kids.

If you must eat on the curb later, keep it sealed and mess-free so you are not blocking dancers.
