Kids are fading. We have been on this curb since the 6:53 PM start and Third Randoli is still occupying the street. Rotate them one row back, or peel the family now.

Rotate one child at a time behind you. The line is still moving. Peeling the whole family now is how you miss the remaining tail.

We rotated them behind a shop pillar for five minutes and they lasted another stretch. A full peel can wait.

If they are past fading and into tears, peel. A long occupied curb is harder than it looks from the hotel.
