We are in Anuradhapura leftover Sunday into Monday. Kids hats leftover at a dagoba - still off or a shade wait outside

Ordinary etiquette: shoes, cover, short. Kandy festival ended Friday after Day 2:18 and Relics 4:01. No weekend Kandy procession. Do not leave children unattended in a van, even for two minutes. Caution is Monday daytime heat, not Extreme, not a town close. Shade, water, early or late. In Anuradhapura this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not treat 4:01 as a ceremony. Tea after.

We would let the kids drive this one in Anuradhapura. A heroic hop with wrecked children is a stand-up argument.

Leftover Sunday is a room night more often than it is a hero hop.
