Kids are past their usual bedtime and still standing with us. Peel to the hotel live now, or risk one more denser block. Not toddler asleep on a shoulder, not toddler meltdown walk-back, and not locals packing kids into tuks as an end cue.

Past bedtime is a body cue, not a parade clock. If they are fading, hotel live is kindness. If they are still bright and the street is filling, one more block can be fine — agree a hard peel signal first.
