Is the kids playground by the lake still usable mid-morning Sunday, or is it fenced off for festival setup. Looking for a mid-morning play stop, not a dawn lake loop.

Usually still open mid-morning unless crew is staging barriers right there. If gated, walk a short stretch to a quieter lakeside patch and let kids run.
