Sit if it is actually steaming and someone in the van needs it. Ten minutes, water, back on. If it is a heat-lamp bun, stay on toward Jaffna. Kilinochchi is not a restaurant hunt. Stick to the halt, not a wander into side lanes for a 'better' place.
