I'm into kitesurfing. Where are the good spots and when is the best time? Kalpitiya or elsewhere?

Kalpitiya (especially Vella Island and Kudawa) is the main kitesurfing hub with consistent winds from May to September. There are several good schools and camps. The east coast (around Arugam Bay and further north) also has spots but is less developed for kiting. Winds are reliable in the right season. Book lessons with established operators who have proper safety equipment.

Kalpitiya in the coming months sounds good. Any specific school recommendations?
