Hire car 6:15 Negombo-Kandy. Driver said hill fuel is 'different'. Boards in Colombo were 399/475/382. 1 Sep.

Same island board. 399 / 475 / 382. Kurunegala is not a different republic. Pastry stop is a pastry stop. If a pump shows another number, photograph the board; do not accept a muttered hill tariff. I will not invent a Kandy-district fuel.
