Driver said stay on tarmac, no dune walks for photos. We needed it in plain English. That is the whole caution, yes? No gore, no lecture, just the move.

That is the move. Stay on tarmac, use a driver who knows, no dune walks, no scrub shortcuts, bags in the vehicle at pauses. Lived caution, not a documentary. If a photo needs you off the road, skip the photo. Elephant Pass, Mannar side tracks, old forward-line verges: road only.
