Trains still run. Do not invent a reopen or a Pothuhera clearance. A missing reserved seat is a bus, not a gazette. In Nuwara Eliya this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not buy a door-sale jeep. Then a plate that is still turning over.
