I do not want to hunt a machine after dark in Wasgamuwa. Where do people actually pull cash?

Do not arrive in Wasgamuwa after dark hunting a machine. Pull extra in a big town. Some ATMs eat cards and then sit there empty.

HNB/Commercial in the bigger stops worked for us. {place} itself was a maybe. We stopped treating cards like they would save us.

If you are tired, stay near the bus stand or town centre in Wasgamuwa and skip the extra viewpoint. Pull cash in Colombo, Kandy, or Galle first. Cards are a maybe, not a plan.
