21 Aug, elder plus one, one stick, ordinary bags. We sleep at Hatton ridge rooms. Town pin is Kotagala. Last night a driver started a tourist story.

Write the return fare at ridge room before you go in. Jumper weather; extras on a peg, not a shop story. After a packed night, numbers get creative. I will not invent a tariff. Walk off the route, then pin.

Leave a buffer. Agree the fare before you sit. Do not cut it to twenty minutes at Hatton ridge rooms and then argue in a jam.
